Fix various bugs for "install" page (#23194) (#23286)
Backport #23194

## TLDR

* Fix the broken page / broken image problem when click "Install"
* Fix the Password Hash Algorithm display problem for #22942
* Close #20089
* Close #23183
* Close #23184

## Details

### The broken page / broken image problem when clicking on "Install"
(Redirect failed after install - #23184)

Before: when clicking on "install", all new requests will fail, because the
server has been restarted. Users just see a broken page with broken
images, sometimes the server is not ready but the user would have been
redirect to "/user/login" page, then the users see a new broken page
(connection refused or something wrong ...)

After: only check InstallLock=true for necessary handlers, and sleep for
a while before restarting the server, then the browser has enough time
to load the "post-install" page. And there is a script to check whether
"/user/login" is ready, the user will only be redirected to the login
page when the server is ready.

### During new instance setup fill 'Gitea Base URL' with
window.location.origin - #20089

If the "app_url" input contains `localhost` (the default value from
config), use current window's location href as the `app_url` (aka
ROOT_URL)

### Fix the Password Hash Algorithm display problem for "Provide the
ability to set password hash algorithm parameters #22942"

Before: the UI shows `pbkdf2$50000$50`

</details>

After: the UI shows `pbkdf2`

Purpose

The goal of this project is to make the easiest, fastest, and most painless way of setting up a self-hosted Git service.

As Gitea is written in Go, it works across all the platforms and architectures that are supported by Go, including Linux, macOS, and Windows on x86, amd64, ARM and PowerPC architectures. You can try it out using the online demo. This project has been forked from Gogs since November of 2016, but a lot has changed.

Building

From the root of the source tree, run:

TAGS="bindata" make build

or if SQLite support is required:

TAGS="bindata sqlite sqlite_unlock_notify" make build

The build target is split into two sub-targets:

  • make backend which requires Go Stable, required version is defined in go.mod.
  • make frontend which requires Node.js LTS or greater and Internet connectivity to download npm dependencies.

When building from the official source tarballs which include pre-built frontend files, the frontend target will not be triggered, making it possible to build without Node.js and Internet connectivity.

Parallelism (make -j <num>) is not supported.

NOTE: If you're interested in using our APIs, we have experimental support with documentation.

Contributing

Expected workflow is: Fork -> Patch -> Push -> Pull Request

NOTES:

  1. YOU MUST READ THE CONTRIBUTORS GUIDE BEFORE STARTING TO WORK ON A PULL REQUEST.
  2. If you have found a vulnerability in the project, please write privately to security@gitea.io. Thanks!

Translating

Translations are done through Crowdin. If you want to translate to a new language ask one of the managers in the Crowdin project to add a new language there.

You can also just create an issue for adding a language or ask on discord on the #translation channel. If you need context or find some translation issues, you can leave a comment on the string or ask on Discord. For general translation questions there is a section in the docs. Currently a bit empty but we hope to fill it as questions pop up.
