This avoids that already minimized big files are a second time minimized

Added bootswatch 4.6 theme (4.6 has advanced features over 4.4 . The 4.4 scss has inbuilt vp-mixins. V 4.6 has different vp-mixins . In _mixins.scss it is possible to add @import "vp-mixins/_sass-prefixer.scss"; --- Another possibility is css-crush
