952239fd71 Ckeditor skinswitch 
in the CMS under settings -> ckeditor is now a menupoint SKIN . You can always add more compatible skins in the ckeditor-skins- directory which well the be in the list.

65316edb07 Bootstrap5 IE 11 suuport ---- and vendor - prefix -change 
there are 6 vendor-prefixes and @import "vp-mixins/sass-prefixer"; in _mixins.scss   which together make the compilation relativ slow ( bootstrap 5.3.min.css is 230 KB !)
If You want to use both prefixers, You may remove the // before  @import "vp-mixins/sass-prefixer (or also  use it alone)

Temporary back to nested sortable 1.34 
Update to nested sortable 2.1a removes the Type-error (as proposed in similar solved a github jquery-ui issue) but pagemanger stays empty (too much different code and different api in version 2.1a) So the solution is the use sortable.js 11.4 instead of version 13.2
