40573163db Added bootswatch 4.6 theme 
Added bootswatch 4.6 theme (4.6 has advanced features over 4.4 . The 4.4 scss has inbuilt vp-mixins.  V 4.6 has different  vp-mixins  . In _mixins.scss it is possible to add @import "vp-mixins/_sass-prefixer.scss";  ---  Another possibility is css-crush

56e40ee8ae ony jqery 3.6.3 and Ajax -deprecation 
removed jquery 3.7 - now only 3.6.3 (overlooked) -- added missing popper-map -- deprecation of Ajax which is now also safer

Added bootstrap-skin  as 3. skin -- and the skin is now adjustable with the entry in ../ckeditor/config.js
